The suite was a comfortable stay with clean linens and a decent variety at breakfast. There were cleanliness issues in the sitting area, with food stains on the carpet and leftover debris under furniture. The bathroom had some maintenance concerns that needed attention. Great for families looking for space, but the housekeeping could be improved.

The front desk person was very welcoming. She made us feel very welcome. Despite being overrun by the breakfast crowd, she maintained a positive attitude and helpful demeanor.

We were disappointed that the pool was closed due to an throw-up incident in the pool, so no fault of the hotel staff and I did appreciate the safety precautions the staff took to ensure sanitary pool conditions.

Staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and they even provide a go meal when we checked out at 4am.

We thought selected a two queen bedroom suite however it was just a two queen bedroom. We really wanted to change our selection to a suite however because we booked thru a third party the hotel told a we had to contact the third party company (Booked.net) but after driving 15 hours with three kids (>1, 7 & 11) we were just too tried. The room was extremely tight and we were unable to use our baby crib. Also it appeared the closet had not been vacuumed or checked prior to our arrival.

The king suite provided a unique layout with a separate living room and kitchenette. Breakfast was a good experience with a mouth-watering assortment of options, including various flavored waffles. We also appreciated the hotel's prime location next to great dining options like a nearby Cracker Barrel.

Friendliness of staff. Clean facilities.

Carpet, facilities a little worn. Our tub had a large crack in the wall.

Keys to room were difficult to get to work. There are extra charges pending on my bank account.

The breakfast had a great selection of options.

The carpet in the hallways had visible stains, and in my room, the bathtub was dirty with poor drainage. I even discovered a troubling odor that lingered throughout my stay. I expected much better from this hotel, especially since I've had satisfactory experiences at other Hampton Inn locations.

Patrick was very helpful in getting us a taxi to our New Years Eve party. He's first class, one of Hampton's finest. Thank you Patrick.

Breakfast could use to have some hot sauce available but other than that it was a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the comfy pull-out couch for the kids and the fantastic breakfast options! The indoor pool was a great way for the family to unwind after a busy day, and we also loved chilling by the sun loungers. One minor downside was the noise from the neighboring rooms, but it didn’t ruin our good time. 😊

For the price it's a great hotel! I love how comfortable the beds are and how clean the bathrooms are. No complaints at all. I will always choose a Hampton inn over anything else when given the option - it's the best price for a room that always lives up to mine and my family's needs and expectations.

We have a large family and always have to get 2 rooms. They were able to grant our request for rooms side by side, which was awesome. However we were right next to the lobby so it was noisy. But it was only for one night, and between 11:00 and 6:00 it was quiet. Gotta expect some noise.

when booked the room I thought I was getting a room with a kitchen then when I check in go to my room it's only just 2 beds. I don't think it was worth what I paid just for 2 beds

The breakfast was really good. And the friendly staff made everything easier. The location is convenient, with local shopping and dining options within walking distance.
